Aurolabs · Terms
Plain terms.
No fine print.
These are the terms under which Aurolabs operates this website and offers its products. We're a small workshop — short, honest, in English.
/ 01
Who we are.
This website is operated by Aurolabs AB, registered in Sweden, with its primary contact at roberto@aurolabs.ai.
By using aurolabs.ai you agree to these terms. If you don't, please leave the site.
/ 02
What's free, what's not.
Aurochat (desktop) is open-source under the MIT license. You can use, modify, and redistribute it under those terms. Source: github.com/aurolabs-ai/aurochat.
Claude–ChatGPT Bridge is open-source. Source: github.com/aurolabs-ai/claude-chatgpt-bridge.
Aurochat Pro (cloud sync) is a paid subscription, not yet generally available. When it ships, separate subscription terms will apply at the point of sign-up.
Auroagent and QuantoDAR are in private preview. Access is by invitation. No subscription is currently sold from this site.
/ 03
What you can expect.
Honest copy. We don't promise features that aren't shipped. The preview and shipping next labels mean what they say.
No tracking. See the privacy notice. We don't load analytics, pixels, or third-party scripts on this site.
Replies within reason. We aim to reply to contact-form messages within a few working days. We're a small team.
/ 04
What we expect.
Don't break the site. No probing, scraping at scale, denial-of-service attempts, or attempts to bypass authentication on preview features. If you're a security researcher with a finding, mail us at roberto@aurolabs.ai — we'll thank you.
Use the open-source code per its licence. MIT means MIT. Keep the copyright notice, and don't claim Aurolabs endorses your fork unless we've said so.
/ 05
No warranty.
This site and the open-source software are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We make every effort to ship working code and accurate copy, but we don't guarantee fitness for any particular purpose.
Specifically: outputs from QuantoDAR, Auroagent, or any AI-driven feature are research aids, not professional advice. Don't make regulated decisions on their output without your own scrutiny and sign-off.
/ 06
Intellectual property.
The Aurolabs name, the Auroagent and QuantoDAR product names, the visual design of this website, and the copy on it are owned by Aurolabs AB. Don't reproduce them as your own. The MIT-licensed code is, of course, exempt — that's what MIT is for.
/ 07
Changes & jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top is the source of truth. Substantive changes that affect a paid product will be communicated by email when applicable.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes go to a Swedish court of competent jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer-protection rules say otherwise.
